The government printed a lot of money over the last few months. It had to go somewhere.

The unemployment figure, consumer spending and other indicators will be much more relevant as to whether "MAGA" is breaking out. The Dow hitting 26K does not mean much to a family of four with no income.

But I do understand, it is the best you have.

Oh yeah, I remember when you were saying this during QE1, QE2, and QE3. Nah, just kidding. You didn't say shit then. So STFU now. You have no credibility here anymore.

And you are the best person to ask.

Is cognitive dissonance physically painful? Seems like it would be.

You have my pity.

OP is brain dead if he thinks the US economy is in good shape. 30% unemployment?

UE rate will start to drop.

It did not help that we overdid the COVID19 lockdown. Nor does it help when scared white liberals passively support the riots and destruction that are killing small city businesses.

Even before the virus, in which time period were more jobs created in the US: the last 3 years of the Obama administration or the first 3 years of the Trump administration?

Trumptards just hate facts.

UE rate will come down, some. The question is how much. And the answer is not likely to be anywhere near where it was last winter.

This is what Trump's America looks like. Disease, massive economic disruption and street violence. Are you winning yet?

40 million unemployed and the Stock market is doing fine - why is that? Stocks are clearly not reflective of the well being of American workers.

Not all jobs are created equal fagtard. And here's three more fun fact you can look up:

before the virus, who had the best percentage of total number of working eligible people with jobs? Obama's last 3 years or Trump's first 3 years?

before the virus, which period had better real wage growth? Obama's last 3 years or Trump's first 3 years?

before the virus, which period had more blue-collar and manufacturing jobs created? Obama's last 3 years or Trump's first 3 years?

This is now. The virus happened on Trump's watch. He did not create it, but the steps he took, or did not take, greatly influenced events. For good or ill.

The result: Hundred thousand dead in the first wave, a tanked economy and violence in the streets. I'd want to run for reelection on that record.

Bottom line: Whatever gains the economy made under Trump were not sustainable. Period. If you want proof, just look around.

The jobs created in the next 3 months will dwarf any Obama period.

Cause if he falls short, he is toast.

The New York AG will naturally be paying close attention.

Underlying fundamentals are terrible unemployment and revenue expectations are the worst they have been since the last Depression. Market is betting that governments are simply giving away trillions to private businesses - Socialism. We are being taxed to pay stock share holders. We not only buy companies products but then our taxes pad their profits and payrolls. Where are the anti Socialists?
