None of that stuff is true. If it were the cop wouldn't have just had his charges upgraded to second degree murder and the others charged. I don't know about the pregnant woman thing so I can't comment. But hey, I didn't know you were being sarcastic. Either way his past isn't relevant, those cops are going down.

The medical report said Floyd was on Fentanyl when he died (synthetic heroin). That doesn't excuse what was done to him, but he was absolutely on drugs when he died.

The other medical report said he wasn't and based on that report the main officer's charges were upgraded. So we can agree to disagree but the prosecutors don't agree with what you are saying.

You are leaving out that the same report determined his death was a HOMICIDE.
That is hardly a minor detail.

Oh yeah, well they both said that. Third degree wouldn't have mattered if he were on drugs because you take your victim as he is so to speak. But since an honest medical report came out, not by someone working for the police, it was determined he was not on drugs and thus the second degree murder charge and charges of other officers.
Either way the main guy is going to fry. If he doesn't get second degree he's guaranteed third degree conviction and will be in general population in prison and murdered by the nigs.
