Androids are for hackers. But that also means: if asians steal a shipment of phones from, say, an AT&T store, they can bring them to a different AT&T store. you see - it isn't simply about "if blacks can steal them" - it's also about if retailers and producers can steal them.
Why does Samsung make phones that "can be stolen" ?

but are thieves stealing the phones - or is BLM, democrats, and retailers (which ends up an insurance claim + new stock for retailers - and heavily increasing store price - already $1,300 for a single very small screen smart device)
"if you report it stolen Samsung will blacklist" ??? samsung isn't going to pay money to help you they already have your money sucker: you'll never know if the phone is blacklisted if you did ask. what if you sold a phone then blacklisted it? they'd be fucked and sued. they don't blacklist andriods. THEY PROBABLY STEAL PHONES, some of the samsung employees, under the companies nose. those phones never get blacklisted either.
SO HOW IS IT TIM COOK claims Apple's anti-theft feature was enbled and that all iPhones looted recently will never work ?

No you cannot track after a device has been reset. For the tracking to work the location services have to be turned on which will be default to off after a reset.
