Ive been eating a little more and exercising a little less. The fucking weather sucks right now. Im staying up till 1 or 2am and sleeping in till 9-930

I no longer go to McDonalds twice a day, or order Papa Johns pizza. I just stocked up the fridge with DiGiorno’s, and them all day.

cookies, chocolate bars, processed crap, soda. walked a couple miles. lost 17lbs, mostly muscle.

The shutdown ended my PT. I can't do much beyond a brisk walk or a bike ride now. Weight holding steady.

I have a set of Olympic weights, many types of curl bars also. Lost weight but not muscle weight, fat.
