THAT'S RIGHT - NY CORRUPTLY ORDERED VENTILLATORS BUT DIDN'T USE THEM

THEN THEY CLAIMED TO THE FEDS THEY NEEDED MONEY FOR MORE

* THEY INFACT PUBLICSHED NEWS STORIES SAYING NY NURSES WERE EXPERIMENTING WITH PUTTING TWO PERSONS ON EACH VENTILLATOR (a wide sweeping generic lie in many respects)

NOW THE TRUTH IS KNOWN: THEY CORRUPTLY BOUGHT VENTILLATORS THEY NEVER USED AND THEN TOLD THE FEDS THEY NEEDED MONEY TO BUY VENTILLATORS AS THEY WERE OUT OF THEM
