HB 134 Individualized education program teams; Department of Education to develop guidelines.

Department of Education; individualized education program teams; guidelines. Requires the Department of Education to establish guidelines for individualized education program (IEP) teams to utilize when developing IEPs for children with disabilities to ensure that IEP teams consider the need for age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate instruction related to sexual health, self-restraint, self-protection, respect for personal privacy, and personal boundaries of others. The bill requires each local school board, in developing IEPs for children with disabilities, in addition to any other requirements established by the Board of Education, to ensure that IEP teams consider such guidelines. This bill is identical to SB 186.

this is certainly as I described - fairfax already does this at it's "facilities"

* STUDENTS WILL BE GUILTY WITHOUT A TRIAL

* STUDENTS WILL BE WRESTLED AND TIED DOWN LITERALLY BY STAFF (PROBABLY RAPED)

* A HINDU WILL BE THERE TO FORCE YOUR KID TO TAKE MYSTERY PILLS

* ANY "MISBEHAVING KID" (ie, clicked like on wrong tweet) will be attacked and threatened until they are "loyal democrats again"

it gives the state to allow teachers to prescribe medicine

it give the state the right to accuse your child of crime without a lawyer - and force drugs into your child

THERE IS NO DOUBT THE COUNTY ALREADY DOES THIS AT OTHER FACILITIES - it includes holding people for (a month plus) without a trial, force medication, and IMPRISONMENT of those who demand a lawyer

imprisonment of those who demand a lawyer
