in this dream i was drunk in las vegas, i blacked out and ended up on this unknown street. there were people fighting on the street down from me. a black guy in a black jogging suit with a white stripe across his chest ran towards the fight. as he got close he started to run away from it. i was still laying on the ground as he ran by me. i tried to get up but stumbled. i had the spins so i fell backwards. i finally got up and caught up to this black guy. i asked him 'how do you get back to the strip?' he said "turn here, it should be clear" as we approached this street. i turned up the street and this is what i saw.... as i ran up this street it turned into a battle field. there were guns and bombs popping off all around me. all i could do was run, so i did. as i got further down the street i had to push my way through barbwire and chain link fences.

i never made it to the blue casino shown below.

I've noticed an increase in pornslappers over the past few years, specifically between Planet Hollywood up to Harrah's. There's like an army of them outside the Flamingo. There's more of them, and they're slapping louder and harder. More female pornslappers too. Well the cheapest month to go is July. I was there for a conference and the temperature reached 110 degrees and still above 95 at night.

Spring or fall if weather is a factor in your decision. Although I've seen some awfully windy days during the spring. The weather was just about perfect when I was there in October, but I still prefer the 110 degree desert heat you get in Jul/Aug. When it's 2AM and the thermometer says 99 degrees, it makes it feel like real Vegas.

avoid holidays, christmas, new years, 4th of july etc. and college spring break unless you like crowds and high hotel costs. i would say the best time to go would be late july to october, possibly november. although you will see a lot more asians with nikon cameras around their necks in the off season.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times in Vegas. My first time there was in the Summer, and holy Mother of God was it HOT (The Grand Canyon was nice though, even in July it's around 60-70 on the South Rim, so long as you stay above the rim). November through December it's usually in the 70's during the daytime, and maybe the 40's at night (Pretty much our typical April to May). I haven't been back since my fam left that area though.

Your dream picture sorta reminds me of that underground walkway between Bally's and Paris. I think it's the way the trees rise up to form a ceiling, with little shops and restaurants along the side. It's sorta dimly lit too, just like your dream picture. And the blue tower in the middle, it sorta looks like a distorted view of the Wynn from an angle.

i've never been to the Paris, and correct me if im wrong isnt Bally's the one with the whale rib cages like walkway in the front right?

That's the Bally's entrance from the corner of Flamingo Road & The Strip, but not what I was talking about.

If you hike all the way to the back of Bally's casino, there is an undeground 'mall' lined with shops and restaurants that connects to Paris's casino. It looks a little like the original pic you posted. Same colors, fake trees that meld into the ceiling, etc. There's a decent sports bar in that underground tunnel, fwiw.

And, as dumb as the Paris theme is, it might be one of my favorite casino layouts and design in all of LV, check it out next time.

that is strange, to dream something you have never seen before.

it scares me to go behind the casinos. i got lost in PH several times(i think they designed it that way on purpose). well any way it was after a show and i was following the exit signs. all the sudden im in the bowels of the casino. it was this dark ass staircase and i started to get second thoughts after 3 flights of stairs. finally it ended at a door. i opened it and it was the outside(not the strip). funny thing is and this just hit me, i asked one of the valet guys which way the strip was and i think he was black.

i think i have to. the tower was cool to look at but i just never went in. last time i went i stayed at the bellagio so it was right across the strip. next time though next time. one question, does it smell bad in there?

another strange dream i had last night,

i(the silhouette) was in this hallway standing next to a father and his daughter. a girl walks by and i said something either to her or about her i cant remember. as she walks by she smiles and hands the little girl this jug filled with this orangish putrid liquid, then continues to walk. i noticed she wasnt wearing pants and had a gold thong on.

it was strange and i think she may have been the devil. anyways here is what it looked like.

i had this one last night. i have had many sailboat dreams in the past, which is odd because i've only been on a sailboat once or twice in my lifetime.

i was on the far right, and there were two unknown people with me on this makeshift sailboat that seemed to haul ass. the strange part was that the boat didnt have a bottom and was almost completely submerged. once we picked up speed the nose would pop out of the water. to steer it me and this other person on the other end had to pull this rope. if i pulled it towards me we would go left if he pulled it towards him we would go right. it was almost like we had to serpentine to move forward. the dream didnt last long and i have no clue where our destination was. here is what i saw.

i was in a garage, household not mechanic, and i think i was holding some old man captive for some reason. anyway, the old man and i were toed up, squared off if you will. i had a knife on my hip, a long slightly curved shiny cold metal blade and the old man had a knife as well. he hesitantly moved forward and stopped, i drew my cold metal blade and went for his throat. he juked to the side and stabbed my right lung, i could feel the skin ripping as his blade pierced my chest. i managed to stick him in his stomach but this old man was quick. he raised his blade and tried to stab my collar bone, i put my arm up in defense and his knife went straight through my forearm. that is when i woke up. strangely enough though, my arm where i had been stabbed hurt when i awoke. a very realistic feeling dream.

I swear to god I had a dream last night about Corin Nemec, star of the short-lived early 90's FOX sitcom "Parker Lewis Can't Lose". Except, in my dream, Corin was not the star of "Parker Lewis Can't Lose", he was the frontman for a sort of goth-metal hard rock band, and he had long stringy hair, and he looked all sweaty and strung out, and he was really emaciated and was wearing black leather rock star pants. And let me tell you, friends: Corin rocked the mic. He worked it. He worked it hard. It was at some kind of outdoor music festival, and the crowd was going wild. Did not make this up at all, actually did have this dream last night. True story. Thanks.
