clinton and obama hailed Harlem renovation as fixing the evils inherited to blacks in harlem, saying they had turned a blight into a place of great hope

tv news interviewed blacks in harlem to ask them what they thought of the improvements

did things really change? or did politicians want america to think they did when they didn't ?

what government niggers told this french woman it was safe to walk the street? probably ones who also run drugs in that area.

and why aren't there any WARNING SIGNS

put up stop signs but no "warning niggers around here mug you" signs??

don't you dare waste money putting up a STOP sign, which is just fucking common sense and used to not be requierd, but not put up a WARNING - MUGGINGS IN THIS AREA sign
