It's debit only, no credit. Unless you have cash on hand in the account to cover the transaction, the purchase is rejected.

Lol if this was a credit card. There’d probably be a $200 annual fee, 300% interest on all purchases and cash back and points only if you use it on fried chicken and basketball shoes.

In the Deep South, black Baptist churches offered what were essentially payday loans to congregants with a 100% “tithe” on the loan. The tithe supposedly went to feeding the poor and Christmas gifts for orphans, but soon pastors were seen in driving to services in Cadillacs and would hold “prayer studies” at their newly purchased 5 bed room mansions. Nogs thought nothing of this until the 90s.

*** fox news alert ***

the black caucus of NAACP congress is issuing "laws" (not yet passed they are claiming did pass, as democrat usual) is saying BANKS MUST GIVE BLACKS SPECIAL DEALS

if you were a taxpayer and or investor and found out your investment was being used to loan money via a credit card with hariet tubman on it, would you sell your shares?

if your a taxpayer and you had zero idea congress stole your money to give out loans they knew weren't going to be paid back ...

you'd then realize if you protested they'd arrest you for "public disturbance", erase you from the news, and make sure your "suicide" in jail seemed plausible

Why are they all of a sudden pushing this terrorist black woman? They want to put her on the 20 dollar bill. I'm glad Trump put the brakes on that one.

Wow, this looks super cool and classy, but I absolutely don't like using credit cards. For me, there is nothing cooler than cash. I even sometimes ask my boss not to transfer money to my card, but to give cash right away. It's more convenient that way. By the way, my salary has been delayed for about 2 months and this has brought me a huge number of financial problems and I do not know how to deal with it. I even thought about taking a payday loan and found a great company for this. The reviews about https://maybeloan.com/payday-loans/ are amazing.

What is the point of applying for such a card? I've recently opened a NetSpend account. This card is a way of making funds that are already in your possession available via credit/debit card electronic payment technology. And according to the netspend reviews, I'm not alone who find this service to be good.
