to make a long story short: he shot a "rape fugative of law" that was living on land the rapist illegal alien didn't own close to the "vigilante's" home
Vigilante David Carlson didn't have to be aquitted of a murder charge. due to "democrat court rules" (see Prosecuting Trump), David Carlson had to be freed of MULTIPLE murder charges for one murder.
illegal alien rapist Nelson Acosta-Sanchez had proved surprisingly difficult to catch. Mr. Acosta-Sanchez, who was accused of the rape of a 14-year-old girl (some say statutory, others do not) - had been staying in one of a few un-inhabited small houses in the area that he did not own (land squatting).
* the state isn't offering him back his home or enough money for dating either
so you say ok, i don't know what kind of killing that was, i'm short on facts ...

public trial, by an impartial jury of the State
* a state that steals your home and fucks your wife is obviously FAR beyond that
* IN WHO'S BOOK DOES SPEEDY MEAN 'YEARS'
Democrats have taken it as "if you object to being guilty by defending government perfection against you, you must stay IN JAIL defending yourself". They will drag proceedings, billing he fuck out of taxpayers, and YOU actually are in jail for as long as a murder charge (time actually served).
WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS THAT? IF YOU DEFEND YOURSELF YOU HAVE TO BE IN JAIL FOR AS LONG AS A PRISON SENTENCE?

our hero WAS a carpenter - he was not a man of means to begin with - lucky to have a home (probably due to help from parents)

had he been ruled guilty then fought years and got out - that would make constitutional sense
BUT NOTE HOW THAT SHIFTS LIABILITY: David Carlson could then sue the Mudge and state for lack of feduciary duty (ruling innocent persons guilty where the law clearly spells only those surely guilty will server time)
