* guns aren't allowed to be carried congress members since, was it, early 1800's

* guns haven't been allowed at protests since, was it, early 1900's. you can't even have a sign with a wooden post at a protest at: the capitol, any courthouse, at any picket event where a businesses may be hiring scabs.

* the VA Congress is legislating something that citizens all over have arrived at their local councils to protest: these local councils have no "tie" to delegates. most delegates are appointed democrats (at least at one time) NOT elected officials against any incumbent

* THE USE OF ARMY WEAPONS AT CONGRESS TO THREATEN MEMBERS TO ACT A SPECIFIC WAY, calling the democrat way "the only legal way to act", is absolutely and completely illegal. only after a factual trial could such a thing be agreed upon: it would ABSOLUTELY NEVER be a situation of calling police to force a congress member to act before and without a trial.

IT WAS ALREADY SPELLED OUT CLEARLY IN LAW THAT NO MEMBER OR MEMBERS WILL HAVE GUNS, NOT ON THEM, NOT ANY ARMY WITH THEM, NOT AT ALL

* VA HOUSE has a large "security team" composed of illegal aliens with weapons (a few now, a majority later, is how that works)

CITIZENS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED AS OUT OF PLACE UNLESS THEY SLIP THEMSELVES INTO A ROOM WHICH ALREADY HAS NO STANDING ROOM BY FIRE CODE STANDARDS - because that is the long law of court rooms

there is no doubt in GW's mind or in the DIO's text or in ancient law:

* a political place located inside a military base is the den of martial law

* a court located inside a militant area is an arm of martial law

that is why the COnstitution gives citizens express rigths in court

that is why the Constitution forbids the government to quell redress

that is why every early legal document spells out that "the congress" has duties it must abide by to retain it's title as a congress

once again: if a ruling political party uses POLICE to force a matter "they decided" by cheating (ie, using illegal alien votes) and or "they decided" but is not yet decided (they insist they can, but they never managed to pass the legislation or is still illegal by federal law, or most voters express it as an inalienable right, or never passed a 2/3 majority, or really required RATIFICATION more than it did just a 2/3 majority both)

what are inalienable rights? certain rights congress can't remove even by a 2/3 majority: these are the bank door keys of fair prosecution and preventing congress from using taxation as a way to become million heirs using YOUR heritage. another: the old laws (courts of equity law and previous), such as that an action that harms another for personal gain: is never a legal action.

others - the kind that effects whether you can persevere (such as, participate in some gainful business or activity others are protesting or seeking limitations upon) - these are laws that limit citizens (life styles) - need 2/3 majority vote.

what doesn't need 2/3 votes is mostly administrative: when congress house keeps it's doors open (say, until dusk), how many bills can be introduced reasonably, whether a congressman can vote late in what conditions, how committees are formed and HOW PAID (see above). NONE OF THESE THINGS INVOLVE HAVING POLICE POINT A WEAPON AND FORCING A CITIZEN TO DO A THING. ABSOLUTELY NONE. possibly a fine but not a fine that police can be enacted to collect.
