the $14 BILLION is about taxation (which europe has complete control over - claims apple is responsible for not paying taxes that weren't stated as owed in the past: a farce. in the past they made deals to ATTRACT APPLE to do business with them)

Its appearance was much less arduous than a thicker cable cord used to sync the computer to other peripherals, such as those used for printer connections.

(firewire was apple's connector to a modern SCSI controller (highly advanced, not by intel). Intel's 1394 is a "scsi replacement" from intel which performs better but avoids USA SCSI patents. europe "stole scsi" then perverted it in it's products to be incompatible with the original - btw - in android base OS.

THE ANDROID / CHINA / GERMAN / google democrat run phones use (rather STOLE) Intel's USB specification (which 100% is patented by Intel btw). Android has low-end USB.


Europe is suing apple to downgrade it's product so it "acts and performs like chinese Huwaei phones"

Before these lawsuits were german suits: claims facebook broke german privacy rules AFTER begging facebook to be in germany and employ germans (who, btw, ran the place). Germany says on wikipedia it owns AT&T, Verizon, Ma Bell too. Therefore any privacy problems would be perpetrated by them !!

Yet germany demanded $500,000,000 - and facebook looked like they would pay it (totally fucking the investors) until facebook was dragged into court by Congress putting estopel on the suit


USA is sick of these groundless EURO lawsuits

europe attacked USA Standards (unix standards including SCSI) continually. they now say they have a standard? what they have is stolen from USA !!!

(to stupid millenials: apple's lightning cable is NOT the same as USB - the lightning connect is a different product by intel that "does what SCSI firewire did except better". USB absolutely didn't (and still doesn't) do that)

SAYS SCSI IS A PATENT HELD BY FUCKING FOREIGNERS FOR LINUX DEVICE DRIVER (which btw: was GPL'd so can't be patented)


SCSI means Small Computer System Interface, it was developed by The Census Bureau of Texas who's scientists built a mainframe computer for computing the census data. The interface card was brought into the PC world.

SCSI is a patent owned by the Taxpayers of Texas
