Yes. It is called going to the grocery store and buying real food, not processed or prepared crap. Fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats and fish. Cook it yourself. Did your mother not teach you a goddamn thing?

hunt your own - the forested areas surrounding Accotink and Burke lakes have rabbit, raccoon, oppossum, deer, squirrel, foxes, even the occasional bear.
Sometimes you'll get lucky and bag a wild pig.
The lakes themselves are teaming with ducks.
There are frogs and turtles in the creek, and the fishing is pretty good too! Every now and then an alligator will even swim up the creek, and although they are a fuckload of work to butcher, there is a fair bit of meat on them.

McDs Wegmans or Fresh Foods and Giant food
Get a salad from Giant with veggies oil and vinegar dressing and some steamed shrimp fruit and a roll and you have a healthy dish in 20 minutes in the store to go or do the same at Wegmans Or Fresh Foods
Or Get a simple hamburger from McDs and the salad and fruit or yogurt from Mcds . Look for centers with both of them together , takes a bit more time , you just have to think outside the box
You can buy a rice cooker and steam some rice putting it in a plastic container with a sealed lid it travels well is cheap and is a good carbo you can add to the meal
DAJAX The Chef . If your really on the cheap a can of beans or chili or canned tamales ,or hash with the lid opened a bit or Beanie Weenie on your car engines near the exhaust pipe for 30m minutes will make you a great meal , bring plastic spoons and a jug or water with you
You can get some Hobo Junction Winos Nest beer to take home and you will be in with the highest style . May I suggest Natural Light, Miller Or If your really down in the dumps Old English 800
