Beltway Traffic - Drivers Going 40mph with Hazards On

Light snow on grass, pre-treated road are just wet with no snow or ice its 35F and raining and fuckwits are driving 40 mph in the right 2 lanes on the beltway while mouth-breating dopes are using the left lane to go 45 mph.

Most look like either no-speaks or Asians. I had to go 40 for 3/4 mile behind 6 cars following one of these Asian dudes that was going fucking 30.
