what stupid millenials never thought of
they used un-farmed land owned by political families, put sheds on the land to "store the paper", and in many cases THE SHE SHEDS BURNED DOWN, giving government an excuse in court when the papers couldn't be recalled. the government never had paper work when they were being sued, they always had a "officially reproduced copy" when they were PROSECUTING.
(((infact the whole scam was invented when florida was dealign with a water shortage and had learned their water system (and some of their tourism) was significantly tied to florida bogs. once florida red flagged it - CORRUPT local counties across usa began using it as an excuse to make politically enriching legislation. (it was LATER found out it was actually due to large resevoirs (which infact did need protecting) - making the whole "artificially rejuvinate the bog" deal a big snafu - situation normal all fucked up). but they did find some big snakes and aligators that is for sure!!! another side-track was "protecting species" - they ignored the major ones like Bison and protected insects - who spurn 1,000 new species every year - protecting them is totally NULL)))
* DURING CLINTON, ACTS TO STORE ALL GOVERNMENT PAPERS WERE PASSED. THE TASK WOULD COST BILLIONS
despite this: Clinton Gov ordered "friends" to buy paper shredders to shred anythign damning on democrats. paper shredders made in china suddenly had huge sales
OH THAT'S NOT IT. THROW AWAY YOUR CHINESE paper shredder. the feds then began political family run/owned paper shredding in Wash DC, so that it was illegal NOT to pay to have your democrat politically damning papers shredded
despite all the shredding - THE LAWS TO CREATE PAPER STORE HOUSES INCREASED - just as you fucked taxpayers would expect under Clinton era government

* RICH POLITICAL FAMILIES WERE PAID TO NOT USE LAND THEY OWNED THEY WERE NOT USING, they called them "watersheds" or some other bullshit. there were no laws protecting watersheds (bogs) before Clinton.

THEY STILL DO - the rich politically connected families still get paid not to use their un-utilized land
THE REAL USA LAW ALLOWS FARMERS WHO REFUSE TO GROW PRODUCE TO BE TAXED TWICE OR EVEN HAVE UN-UTILIZED LAND SEIZED FOR REFUSING TO UTILIZE THE LAND (ie, meaning land that needs to be utilized to sustain the public - not land that doesn't need to be utilized)
yes that's sounds chinese but the laws about "properly utilizing national resources" are a reminder that to live we must persue feeding ourselves at least a little more than we eat
