In an 8th grader that lives in oakton and my friend last year was followed at the oakton library and was in 7th grade at the time and was followed by a homeless man i assume is home less multiple time across the library and then she was followed even in between the alleys and then she called the cops and the librarians and police searched but then he escaped

now he is banned from almost every store in the area due to the fact that he walks in screaming and asks for a veterinarians discount but a couple of months ago he was talking to a group of high schools at the local Starbucks including my sister so me and my sister got worried and at the time we didn't know it was the same man and they got worried and then sooner my sisters friend calls the cops after they follow us in the Starbucks at the same table then the cops come and he gets arrested and i tell my friend and then we match the same description*
now a month ago i saw him again in the library bathrooms as he looks under the stall at me after he walked in and says yes loudly i almost scream then i left as soon as possible then a few week ago i saw him follow me and my friend into a dun kin doughnuts and went to the bathroom we sprinted and left our drinks and today i saw him o his bike that he goes every where on.

I want to warn all of you guys and tell me your thoughts and what you think i should do

* he has a chubby round face a burgundy backpack and rides his bike a lot i see him wondering oakton witch makes me think hes homeless

i inferred that he is dealing with post-war mental issues due to the fact that they released him immediately and says hes a veteran and he loves to talk about the navy and says hi to everyone he passes by but that was before he followed my friend,family and me
