*Not be registered and plan to vote in another state.
*Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law.
*If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored.

Until they get a worthy candidate to face Trump, that's how it must be. Sanders is half right, a women will not be elected President this time, and what he means is the "quality" of the women presently running sucks. Warren will never be prez, she blew it with the Indian lie to get a plum job, similar to the Biden and Son comedy show.
