Apple recently told a federal court that it has “deep concerns” that two Chinese-born former employees accused of stealing trade secrets may attempt to flee to the communist country before their trial if not closely monitored.

the fact is apple has thousands of empoyees who could and may already have stolen (look at the competition and you'd think they had)

THE PROBLEM IS CONGRESS IS WEAK AS WATER

* dumping laws were and are never enforced

* chinese products are never kept out of the country due to patent concerns

* chinese are never forced to "pay up" when caught cheating

the problem some may not be familiar with: if you cheat allot in small amounts the volume becomes un-manageable for those trying to defend against it

it's like the volume of un-substanciated claims made during impeaching "trail" - who is going to verify as fact all the "blind testimony"

THE FACT IS APPLE MIGHT HAVE TO DO SOME OF THEIR OWN ENFORCEMENT, in the end of things
