Sorry, I think there are at least 11 steps to become a Republican Ceetified Millionaire.
1. Be born the son of a multi-millionaire.
2. Serve your country at a private military school for rich delinquent underachievers.
3. Fake a foot boo boo to avoid serving your country.
4. Dodge the draft 7 times and transfer to Wharton undergrad but claim you went to Wharton for an MBA.
5. Devalue your hundreds of millions in inheritance to the IRS and cheat on your taxes more than any American in history.
6. Inflate your asset valuations to the banks for fraudulent loans.
7. No Pay your contractors and subs
8. Run the business into the ground and default on your payments and declare bankruptcy 11 times.
9. Start a fraudulent charity, a fraudulent university, and start a fake reality TV show.
10. Get the Russians and a bunch of bigoted idiots to vote you in as President
11. Lie, cheat, steal, treason and do whatever it takes to make as much money as possible and stay out of jail before you defect to Russia.
