Vindman insubordinate
Posted by: Rush Limbaugh ()
Date: November 19, 2019 02:26PM

Vindman, by working with Adam Shiffy WITHOUT ORDER TO DO SO OR LEAVE, was in-subordinate to Trump (his commander in chief) and other upper staff.

Like other arrested for similar acts, he rattled off his mouth about OFFICIAL BUSINESS of the President for political gain. Infact Vindman was PAID for his service of Ukraine strategic relations during "the phone call" (which contains no crimes): so it is CERTAINLY his duty moreso than any other member of the military to follow chain of command respecting that call: a call which was a nothing-burger.

HIS CAREER? NOW IN THE DRAIN.

Vindman btw is a Ukraine national - was not born in USA.

Trump is going to be impeached.

Once again the only defense Trumpers have is to insult the people telling the truth.

Military are free to use their free time as they please and their free speach.

THEY ARE NOT FREE TO:

* enter into lawsuits against the president without due cause

* speak about matters involving their own duty they are not cleared to talk about

Got more medals than Donnie, too.

“It was inappropriate,” Vindman said. “It was improper for the president to request, to demand an investigation into a political opponent, especially a foreign power where there is at best dubious belief that this could be an impartial investigation and that this would have significant implications if it became public knowledge.”

Vindman said that given the "power disparity" between the United States and Ukraine, it was clear that Trump's request for investigations was more of a demand.

Lieutenant Colonel Vindman fulfilled his constitutional duty by obeying a lawful congressional subpeona.

Trump is compelling unlawful acts from subordinates in attempts to continue to obstruct justice into his crimes and impeachable offenses. Which itself is an impeachable offense.

Lieutenant Colonel Vindman bled on the battlefield for America.

Trump claimed he had bone spurs five times.

This impeachment is meaningless. Even Pelosi said she should only impeach if she has broad bipartisan support. She doesn't have that. And I'm not convinced she even has enough democrat votes.

He may be stupid, but he is factually correct on each and every point he makes.

His second point has not been proven and is, therefore, not factually correct. His first and third points are indeed factually correct but has nothing to do with refuting the point that Vindman is insubordinate (the ascertain in the thread). And Gerry being stupid is factually correct, as has been proven way past the point of metaphysical certitude within his first dozen posts on FFU.

The polls indicate that Trump is going to win reelection. Don't know if the dems have more cards to play or not. We'll see. But, for now, Trump is not fucked.

Not because of ISIS. Not because of Iran. Not because of North Korea.

Because of Donald Trump, the so-called “president”.

Flynn was arrested for breaking the law. Not providing testimony under oath.

And it’s actually okay to “go after” people who are breaking the law.

Yeah just like Hillary, Eric Holder, Andrew McCabe, and that Time magazine reporter Trump threatened, are all going to prison.

Time for the alt-right to get a new schtick, pal. Once you’re wrong about a dozen times it gets seriously old.

Trying to prevent a subpoena'd witness from testifying before a tribunal is the classic example of Obstruction of Justice. Applying to the court for a protective order to prevent the witness from testifying is allowed. Telling the witness not to appear or threatening the witness if the witness did appear is not.

Learn the term, "executive privilege" shit-for-brains. Then take a course in constitutional law where one branch can not exercise authority over any other branch. It takes two branches to successfully exercise authority over another branch.

And who uses the word "tribunal"? Are you, by chance, a commie? That's a commie word.

Congress doesn't get to decide what's legally allowed. Only the SCOTUS can do that.

Very doubtful. Like 97% of the rest of the country, I'm not watching it. Less than 10 million people in the country are. You're apparently one of them. How sad you are.

Meanwhile, the rest of us have long moved on after giving you 2½ years to prove your Russian hoax and then having you fail to badly. No one believe you anymore.

Seems you learn something new everyday. But so I don't need to learn from you in the future, please:

1. Point out where in the text of the constitution "executive privilege" is mentioned.

2. Describe to me how the impeachment process is not Congress exercising authority, without the judiciary's involvement, over the president.

3. Oh, and tribunal is an English word describing any body with decision making authority. But you knew that.

Enjoy the hearings.

1. Didn't say it was in the constitution. learn to use google (after you learn to read). It's all explained there.

2. The House can impeach, and the Senate can remove. But that's not compelling the executive branch (i.e. exercising authority). That's politics and has nothing to do with the point that was being made about the legality of ignoring a subpoena. Just as the executive branch can use their police powers to jail a member of Congress, that's not exercising authority over the legislative branch.

3. Commissar is also a word in the English dictionary comrade. Isn't used in the US and neither is tribunal Ivan.

Because you apparently have severe Alzheimer's, I won't bother to explain to you again that I'm not watching the hearings, like 97% of my fellow Americans. You and your fellow old hippies in the old folks home probably have the TV in the bingo room fixed on CNN. Sucks to be you.

You are the expert. LMAO

But seriously, you seem like you are in a shitty mood. I know the news of the day has been kind of depressing, but you need to walk away from it once in a while. Get out of the basement and look around. Maybe even get a job. Finding a sense of self worth, even if false, will do wonders for your outlook on life.

Enjoy the hearings.

1. Airborne rangers lowered their standards to let this fat ass wimp wear the beret or scroll.

2. Wife gets a lot of HOV violations

3. Live in Woodbridge.

GOP just released a $7 million ad campaign in House districts that Trump won that has a dem rep. Wonder if that CIA bitch Spanberger is going to get hit with these. She's towed the Pelosi line for a year and half.

Dems will spend every bit as much as Trump. And the ads won't cost much to make. All they have to do is pull out all Trump sound bites (such as the one about NK no longer being a nuclear threat). The scripts of the ads will write themselves.

After today, the Dems have the votes in the House. Maybe not in the Senate, but that is OK. All those Republicans who vote to acquit will have to explain why it is OK to use tax money as a personal campaign slush fund. That will suffice.

Can't wait. Ciaramella will be called. Schiff will be called. Hunter Biden will be called. Oh, it's going to be quite the scene.

He testified that he was so chummy with the previous Ukainian regime that they offered him the opportunity to head their military. 3 times. WTF? Who offers an overweight Lt. Col with almost no discernible military skills the opportunity to lead their nation's armed forces? That's whacked.
