North Korea to Launch Tests of New Submarine Missiles KA-28

In the summer of 2019 a flurry of reports confirmed that North Korea has continued construction of a second ballistic-missile submarine, designated the Sinpo-C by intelligence analysts after the shipyard in eastern North Korea.

New data now shows that North Korea is testing a nuclear missile delivery labeled KA-28 that can launch from North Korea submarines.
