It’s pretty fuckin pathetic if you have to spend a lot of time & money in court to stop something that you promised to do anyway. There’s literally nothing to celebrate or be proud of if you’re the type of character who puts yourself in that situation.

This is great news! Trump's finally going down. I have a tingle up my leg just hearing about it. We got him. I won't be able to sleep tonight just thinking about this. Like the OP, my entire life revolves around Trump and watching CNN and MSNBC all day to see the latest news, while I'm reading Daily Beast articles on Yahoo. Maybe, if we finally get Trump's fat ass out of office, I can leave my basement and go outside again, which I haven't done since Nov 8, 2016.

The judge ruled that Trump didn't have standing because no requests for his tax returns under the New York law has been made.


He ruled that Trump could renew his case if and when a request is made by any of the 3 entities that the law proscribes.
