Maybe the guy is a witness in an ongoing investigation into some of the treasonous high crimes and misdemeanors the these guys perpetrated against the. United States of America.

Usually the Fed's like to keep witnesses in ongoing, high-profile international felony criminal investigations under raps until they testify.

The defense attorney's don't want the witnesses influenced by any third-parties because it might jeopardize their ability to prove that the defendants are NOT guilty.
