Geez, do you think this asshole took his dog to the vet aterwards to make sure it really is "all right". I bet NOT.
And yes, people like this guy hit and kill people and say shit like "I looked right to change lanes and I never saw him."
The sad thing is the cop should have called a vet to respond to the scene so that faggot could not get away without at least paying for that. And he should have cited him for wreckless driving. Also for wreckless endangerment of the dog, and animal abuse, and neglect for not having that dog properly restrained in the vehicle by either a doggy seatbet or a cage.

I couldn't believe the images of the rockslide on I-70 in Colorado recently. I traveled that road with my family on a x-country drive about 12 years ago (From Boulder/Denver, CO, to Aspen, CO, and back), and I remember seeing the "Falling Rocks" caution signs everywhere, but this gives a whole new meaning to that:
