95% of todays "crimes" are still NOT TRANSSCRIPTED, not in news, and not available on the internet for public

and they shouldn't be available on the internet because the argument of the trial was never transscripted never digitized

but the accusations are on the internet even if there is no conviction

you can't "stop the internet", hillary hold backs MUST CHANGE, but they know that infact they've been using it AGAINST private law defendants

also: lawyers judges are breaking internet laws: they communicate by internet but DO NOT ALLOW the public to do so (meaning you cannot email a motion to the judge BUT democrat lawyers working for the state ARE ALLOWED - which in the past, was NOT allowed)

-------------
summary:

* unfair trials they aren't transscripted because THE JUDGES ARE picked winners intently wrecking target subjects: and paid allot to do it. the judge is quick because he doesn't intend to decide he intends to convict (or cover up letting a democrat doing a real crime go free - if your in a dem state)

* unfair use of internet and media has been intentional

* corrupt PCs were no mistake they prevent consumers from "doing real business", promote cable TV companies from not dying out as they should, and also allow foreign countries to spy on USA (imported junk and foreign made OS/chips). the series of "mistakes" were not mistakes at all.

* most torts (scoff laws) have been magically converted to criminal "misdemeanor" (don't fall for that: it still says criminal and citizens are later "marked for trolling" by government AS HAVING A CRIMINAL RECORD, arrests are done WITH WEAPONS)

* all CRIMINAL trials are legally MANDATED to be transscripted and with today's digital equipment there isn't any excuse for lack of public access

* the law for 2,000 years is that TRIALS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC to prevent government workers from "prosecutions behind closed doors"

that last item makes allot of difference, and Harvard knows it: they are democrat DNC central and fair law isn't facist, Harvard supports chinese facist law not USA laws - they've been doing that since about the 1800's

the full teeth of what Harvard has been doing simply hasn't had country wide impact until Bill Clinton (actually it did, but it was named corrupt by 1970's lawmakers who did quite a bit of correcting, such as a 1976 law making it legal for a defendant to cross-prosecute without an attorney - which had become "un-available" under Harvard law)

PUBLIC TRIALS MEANS PUBLIC: PUBLIC PARKING, PUBLIC ACCESS OF PRACTICAL MEANS

(for instance it does NOT mean 1 court for 1,000,000 people located in 1 place in a large county and no internet access to even voice transcript)

certainly it doesn't mean picked winners and politically decisions either: how will you know without a transcript? you can't take an account because there isn't one practically available to find: exactly their plan

and fairly argued means fair

THE LAW WAS CLEAR THAT: torts and small interests (< $2,000) were not something that should be PUBLICLY FUNDED (because the costs of deciding and arguing "everything every small dispute" was known to be much too high a cost for a town to incur)

but today? criminal prosecution goes forward over $5 (if owed to the state democrats, of course)

* rare location

* costly parking

* traffic

* threatening security guards - often illegal aliens

* theft of (phones, stuff) by security guards

these AND MUCH MORE are reasons it is NOT practical the public would visit courts to watch a few trials so they might object if they witness a trial which was decided without full PUBLIC argument

-------------------------

on the other hand: Judges and Gov workers today exchange emails (in the past that was highly illegal)

THIS MEANS FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE ARGUMENTS OF A TRIAL THEY MUST SEE ALL DIGITAL FILINGS

AND SO ALL THE DIGITAL RECORDS MUST BE ONLINE

(why is simple, if you PAY FOR PARKING and witness a trial, you'd only be seeing a tiny fraction of the whole thing: assuming there is a whole thing - WHICH I WARNED YOU - THERE IS NOT)

on the other hand: government often accesses THE MEDIA BEFORE THEY PROSECUTE to taint potential juries which is illegal

you never see government using the media AFTER a case or to inform the public of outcomes - especially NOT when they loose

IT BEGAN DURING CLINTON

what it means is "local" county corrupt Democrats can use the courts as a tool of ASSAULT and THEFT

none of it is recorded, none of it can be review by statistics, no one can ask if the right court procedures had been done, and so on
