Trump Wall going up at the rate of a mile a day:$6 billion to be spent over the next year

The $6 billion in US military funds reappropriated to build the Great Wall of America is funding about 500 miles of new border wall. $2.5 billion has already been applied to contracts and construction of 130 miles of new wall has begun. The other $3.5 billion is obligated and will soon be used to contract the construction of an additional 350 miles of impenetrable wall. DOI last week transferred 70 miles of border land to the US Army so that the Corps of Engineers can begin construction. On top of all that, Congress appropriated $1.8 billion over the past two years to fix existing barriers, which allowed building almost 100 miles of the new Great Wall of America.

It's all good. Trump needed $12 billion to build the wall and he's already got $8 billion of that and about half the 1200 miles needed. Fuck Paul Ryan.

Glad to see president Trump providing the border protection Obama and the DNC wanted.
