Trump Republican Senator Charged With Pedophile & Child Porn Crimes

Republican Senator Michael Folmer was charged of possession of child pornography, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Tuesday.

Folmer, a vocal Trump supporter, was charged Tuesday with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

'This defendant serves as a Senator and was entrusted to honor and represent his community in the Capitol,' Shapiro said in a statement.

"I will continue to say it -- no one is above the law, no matter what position of power they hold," Shapiro said. "I will continue to work to protect children and hold those who abuse them accountable."

Law enforcement authorities found enough child pornography all over the Republican senator's phone to bring charges against the Trump supporting Senator the release said. The child pornography was found after law enforcement authorities executed a search warrant Tuesday inside his Lebanon, Pennsylvania, home,

The criminal investigation was launched after a tip reported that Tumblr discovered a user uploaded an image of child pornography using the application, the release said. Further investigation led the police to Republican Senator Folmer's home.

According to Trump and his Attorney General Barr, if Trump was charged with Pedophile and Child Porn, and murdering a child nobody could charge President Trump or arrest him because he is President.

Congress could impeach him, but so what? Big deal.
