Can anyone offer advice to Meade Skeltin to help him avoid shitting his pants? Advice that doesn't require Devine Intervention?

More fluids especially water. More fiber. Depends undergarmwnts if he is in a road trip for more than half hour.

meade has in fact brought this up twice now. (twice in a row!) It clearly is a major issue for meade, one for which he feels the need to call upon devine assistance.

For all his claims of youthfulness, meade has health issues more common to people in their nineties.

Medical treatment, dietary adjustments, or diapers are called for.
