HOV Special Fuel Car Exemptions Are About To Expire!

Just my fucking luck! My Prius was supposed to be able to ride in the HOV lane, as long as I had my special fuel tags, until December of 2020! Now, these cocksuckers sent me a letter telling me that I can no longer ride in the HOV lane, without more occupants, after September 30th!

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!
