Short version: William Moreno is an unemployed autistic middle-aged man and self-confessed pedophile. He lives with his mother and had never worked or held a job. Moreno posts a lot of offensive, libelous, and harassing content here. His intention is to provoke his targets into doing something for which he can sue them and collect a big payout. Most of Moreno's harassing posts are directed at the user eesh aka Basl, as well as Moreno's former lawyers Phil and Karen Leiser and David Trinnes, and a few other random people. Moreno has famously taken his mother along with him on his real-world stalking missions. They mother-son stalking team were caught in the act by a security camera.

About a month ago mother Sharon Moreno apparently left her job and her son William has become much more agitated. Whenever William starts a session of manic posting, there are usually a corresponding volley of posts about him.

This all started around 2010 and is likely to continue indefinitely. Get used to it as it is a fundamental part of this site"s culture.

There have been photos posted of Moreno's medicine bottles and the count is at least twenty-four (24) different prescriptions, from several different pharmacy chains. William admits to self-medicating.
