HISTORY: Russia tried communalism (everything is shared). Asians were "in the communist BLOCK". Asians were never communal: they are VIOLENT POLICE STATES who attack the little people and enrich those on the top

being communal is different than "a greek democracy / direct democracy" (usa is a (very) indirect democracy)
having a leader who gives orders (who's family and chosen winner friends are rich and intends to stay that way): THAT'S A DICTATORSHIP
meaning of course the several countries that obviously are Police State ruled from the top of "government" - where the "government" is a few families who've grown wide fast and fat and everyone else is under threat by them
china is a dictatorship
south korea will become one if it isn't already (equally so USA, japan - which are becoming lawless and run by rich family)
other of the 5 asian tigers? many are dictatorships
few or no asian countries are either communal (except maybe Tibet) or democratic "free" nations. and USA since bill clinton isn't either.
