There were many. see also: Re: More Bill Clinton era scandals: The Junk Stock Market crash - Bill Clinton SEC looking other way, which has a short list

freezing trading is like going to an auction and one bidder suddenly announces he'll shoot anyone else who bids on the item at the auction. IT IS THAT BAD.

CLINTON ERA BEGAN THESE CORRUPT PRACTICES

* ALLOWED TRADING COMPANIES to halt trading while big investors positioned, freezing money of small investors or dis-allowing them to invest in - for A MONTH of trading. (i personally got burned for thousands on one of these scams). this is still the case today - happened during obama bigtime too.

* (80's to 90's) allowed fat cats to trade in miliseconds using software while everyone else was told the same was illegal: use of brokerage firms and phones were required for the little people (why not registered mail too hillary? that's another obstructoin!)

* (see the see also - but GOLDEN PARACHUTES cannot be mentioned enough)

then when computer trading got to the consumer - insured that phone calls and waits still had to be endured - denying consumers the right to computer trading that fat cats had been doing for years already, giving them only streamed data they had to PAY FOR, ALLOT FOR

THAT IS STILL THE CASE TODAY, despite all the ads - pc trading is crippled

* bailout of bankrupt companies that government ran or that served government (ie, workers in DC area) while non-government companies were nearly arrested for fraud

* allowing bankrupt companies government bailed out to buy foreign companies (with who's money?) chrystler bought fiat - now fiat claims it owns chrystler - TOTAL CORRUPTION, usa taxpayer gave chrystler billiosn - taxpayers own chrystler not italy. and the usual corruption: using grants to fund gov worker families to build businesses, then allowing the same to be "privatized" (completely stolen from the taxpayer - in many/most cases)

--------------

(why not registered mail too hillary? that's another obstructoin!)

infact in courthouses the same game arose: consumers (citizens) are told everything has to be delivered by government agents who are "certified" (greek law 2000 years say _anyone_ can deliver). GOVERNMENT WORKERS built a system of using phone and email ONLY they were allow to use when communicating with judges.

Bill left office January 2001. It is now 2019. Concentrate on the crook in the white house today not yesterday.

other countries had "corrupt practices", but once the "almighty dollar" cheated on a "bad stock day", closing trading to protect the already very wealthy

REAGAN ERA SEC WAS CLEANING UP THE GLOBAL MARKET, URING COUNTRIES TO BE CAPITOLIST AND STAND BEHIND THEIR TRADES

when SEC allows fraud of trade freezing - the suspect countries like china who were "controlling trading" said ...

all other countries began corrupt stock practices and say "HEY YOU DID IT - SHUT UP"

Oh, this is a common story, and things like this happens all the time. This is trading and you have to keep your eyes open 24/7 to find the best opportunity to sell or to buy something. To be honest, trading is a hard job and you have to spend a lot of time studying and upgrading your strategies. More than that. you have to be careful when you start a deal. So to say, you have to be online all the time, or you can use a bot to automate all this job and to have more time to perform some strategies check. I am saying this because I know how hard is to be a broker or a trader. But, it is much easier to be a Fondex broker, because you have all the useful features you could have, a cBot that will automate your trades, a copy function, that will allow you to copy a strategy from other traders. I think you have to try this too, if you want to become a great trader

THAT'S A TOTAL LIE BY G2 who, like MSNBC, is pushing a lie

DIGITAL TRADING IS STILL OUTLAWED TO NORMAL CONSUMERS (not for NYSE insiders): THEY STILL MUST CALL IN TRADES TO AN "OFFICIAL BROKER"

HE DIDN'T ANSWER THE HALTED TRADING QUESTION - HE ONLY SURJECTED A BUNCH OF HYPE
ABOUT cut&paste AUTOMATION which certainly doesn't exist (cut&paste is not a technology - only a complete asshole would even suggest it)
