I'm a glass is half-full, optimistic, upbeat person, and numb to a lot of this shit, but there is a cycle to these things. Feeling this itch in the back of my head that tells me we are overdue for another big shoe or two to drop soon.

We haven't had a big mass shooting spree in a couple weeks, but school is out for the summer so I'm thinking that won't happen again until school is back in for a few weeks.

There's got to be something big I am missing.
