the truck was driven into part of a "no truck zone" area of the city without a permit allowing special passage. (trucks in the city are a true traffic safety concern - that's why you don't see 18-wheelers in the city but rarely). the officer was only doing what he was supposed to do and had done countless times - issue a safety ticket that was deserved.

A Montgomery County police officer is being prosecuted for handcuffing suspect and repeatedly slamming his face into concrete. He was a white officer, of course and I hope this officer gets the book thrown at him. I’m a white guy and we don’t need fucked up officers in our race

The video shows black trucker, the trucker wasn’t being combative, but wasn’t answering any questions, feeling as if he was being mistreated, u can tell the trucker was thinking and hoping the cops camera wasn’t filming. But hey it’s what blacks wanted right, they wanted police camera to prove cops are racist.
