In honor of the 4th of July and the patriotic rally at the Lincoln Memorial DCMJ and NORML will give out 5000 marijuana joints at the intersection of 23rd and Constitution Ave NW starting at 3pm. Hopefully everyone will get them in and light up once Trump starts speaking.
