news of how Bernie campaign members STOLE that information has not surfaced yet
Libby Schaff, who did a similar thing, has received notice of a trial BUT HAS NOT YET BEEN TO TRIAL. No news reports her trial or conviction yet.
and as for Libby Schaff there's some other interesting news ... as far as skipping trial this isn't Libby's first time
The judge in the trial of Ghost Ship warehouse master tenant Derick Almena and creative director Max Harris on Thursday decided that Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf should not be ordered to testify.
Harris' lawyer Curtis Briggs contended earlier this week that Schaaf is "a material and crucial witness in this case" and that if she doesn't testify Harris would be deprived of his Sixth Amendment right to present a defense.
Schaaf's attorney argued that the mayor had no direct knowledge of the warehouse prior to the deadly fire.
On Thursday, protesters holding signs that read "Free Max Marris" and "Max Harris is innocent" stood outside the Alameda County Courthouse in support of the defendant.

Libby Schaff, according to the news, WAS SERVED NOTICE SHE WAS BEING SUED for warning ICE. That trial has, according to what anyone can find: never occurred.
Libby and her democrat friends have shown they are not following USA law any longer, that when feds begin a trial by the time it "gets to california" it's been muted, hidden, and canceled.

(instead, only hits of Trump suggesting she "might be prosecuted" appear in the "intelligent search engine" hits, these predate prosecution going forward and legal community agreement evidence was strong and she could be sued)
