Meade is 5'11 and you can tell that half his weight is muscle. BMI is not accurate. It's for people who don't lift weights.

Meade doesn't look 21, but he does look younger than his age. I would guess he was 28 or 29 years old .

Meade, the reason you look fat is because you are fat.

Whatever muscle you have underneath your fat doesn't matter. At 5'11" 280 lbs is obese and closer to morbidly obese than it is a healthy weight.


Meade spends more time trying to justify why he isn't as fat as he looks rather than just losing the fat.

Use common sense. Meade doesn't look obese. He does look a bit chunky. But he really is muscular than average. He doesn't even look 280 lbs, let alone 300.

Only Meade can look at those photos of Meade and not see an obese person.

Weight alone doesn't matter. But Meade looks fat because he is fat. Yes he as a solid bone structure and some underlying muscle, so the scales and BMI charts are not necessarily the best way to assess Meade's porcitude. However anyone -- except of course Meade himself -- can tell by looking at his photos that he is overweight.

The rolls under his chin, around his midsection, and of course the infamous moobs are signs of excess fat. The entire shape of Meade's face is changed from the fat accumulation.

Meade is also posing for those photos. Sucking in the gut expands the chest and he still looks like he still looks like he is 8 months pregnant.

Of course he is overweight. But we're talking about morbidly obese. Those peopel can hardly walk and have rolls of fat and don't even resemble human anymore. Meade looks well built. Only 60 lbs overweight.

Again it's not so much the weight itself but the body composition. If Meade could commit to a program of regular exercise whilst also dieting (his choice, although I suggest an ultra-low carb Atkins for him) he could lose 60 lbs net and convert some of the remainder fat to muscle.

Unfortunately Meade can not control his own fork and what goes into his pie-hole. He can't blame that on anyone but himself. There are many things beyond our control in life but what he stuffs down his throat is totally within his power to regulate if he makes the effort.

Meade, please lay off the cookies and get your lard ass into shape or you will die of a heart attack.

I have a brother-in-law who was a porker and you would never know it because he lost a shit ton of weight after committing to Overeaters Anonymous. I was surprised when I saw his old photos. Meade is always yapping about God and Jesus, maybe Meade should do something so God could actually do something for Meade.
