No win situation. Always has been. Always will be. We are to let every female who wants to do something automatically do it because otherwise it is perceived as bias. Fuck it, don't even send them to the academy. If a woman applies to be a Special Agent give her a badge and put her out on the street. Let her prove herself there if she is too "special" to go through the mandated qualifications and training and potentially not meet the standards and be let go.
