MacKenzie Bezos Commits Half of Fortune to Charity After Split

It's illegal in USA to promise to do good with money won in court.

The reason why is that if the money is promised to a purpose what is being rewarded really isn't money but a contract.

Big media claiming she's bound to give away half of what she earns is campaign to help her in court at best. Obviously ... help her lawyers get her money from a company her husband, not her, certainly started in every meaning of the word.

Hey stupid, she received 38 billion from Bezos. And yes, she helped start Amazon and raised 4 adopted children, authored a few books and started a charity for bullied children. What have you done this week?
She can do what she wants with “her” money.
