if the well do to are well to do because they are "la familia" and political families that operate on contrived poverty and imprisonment of other families (cough, poor people always act illegally)

... but you look at San Quentin and see over 1/2 of the older prisoners die, some convicted falsely by corrupt county governments, and the conditions torturous and unclean and you see: it's not true at all USA has no torture and kill facility. USA does and one of them is "dubbed" San Quentin.

San Quentin still may be the most horrifically cruel "holding place" in History. California says it's humane has no death penalty ...

Brazilian bossa nova and Jiujitsu aside, Brazil is a third world country. Disease, pestilence, horrific crime and mad poverty.

This is a true story! I have a friend who lives in Brasilia and once he had reason to call the fire department and they showed up THE NEXT DAY.
