WTF is wrong with Biden?

Yesterday, at a sparsely attended campaign event, he tells a little girl that she's pretty and asks for her address so he can write her. Then, he comes up behind her, grabs her shoulders and sniffs here hair. THIS WAS JUST YESTERDAY FOLKS!!!

He can't win.

They know they're going to get beat in 2020. So why not hold A level candidates for 2024 when you can put out the B team and try to convince your donors that you're still relevant?

A fool denotes a sense of idiot, but harmless. This may be different, because he isn't getting the message. He may have been harmful to kids in the past the way he thinks it's fucking normal.
