I’m dealing with major bowel issues right now

I ate way too much yesterday. Three brats, salmon steak, corn salad, mozzarella sticks, three beers and blueberry shortcake. I’ve only been able to fit small pellets through my starfish when I shit, but I know a massive SUV sized shit is coming my way which will really push the elasticity of my anus to the brink. Until then, major bloating and cramps.

Psyllium is the answer. Start out with Metamucil, work your way up to a pure powder like Konsyl.


Your bowels will evacuate wonderfully, like brown fluffy billows.

Wiping is even easier.
