Texas University song at end of EITM Intro

For those of you who have heard the crazy version of the Texas University fight song, at the end of the Elliot in the Morning intro (about 5:45AM) who is the guy singing it?

I have no idea who sings it but he is singing the Texas A&M fight song. It is hilarious though.

Some college guys down in college station paid a supposed homeless guy to sing it, then Eliot got hold of it
