Trump had criminally obstructed justice during the Mueller probe in ways that would have gotten any other official who was not the sitting president of the United States charged with a felony.
“The more serious and clearly criminal of these obstruction events consists in Trump instructing those who worked for him in the White House to put documents containing material falsehoods into government files that were about to be subpoenaed, and instructing the same folks to lie to FBI agents,” Napolitano writes. “Mueller did not seek an indictment of the president on these crimes because he knew that Barr, his boss, would not permit one.”
Nonetheless, Napolitano argues that “we know that Mueller’s obstruction allegations — which have not been effectively contradicted by the White House — constitute not only crimes but also impeachable offenses.”

Instead of trying to force an immediate impeachment agenda down everyone's throats, let the Constitution do its thing.
The legislative branch is conducting oversight investigations as outlined in the Constitution. The executive branch is fighting those oversight and investigative powers and their boundaries and scope. The judicial branch is processing those disputes, rendering judgements, processing the appeals. It will take time - weeks, months, and years - for this to get sorted/sordid out.
Have faith in the end that truth and justice and our Constitution will prevail in the end in accordance with our legal process.
If crimes were committed, they will be investigated; where appropriate charges filed; a trial will occur; those deemed guilty by a fair and speedy trial, by a jury of their peers, will be sentenced in accordance with the law and factual findings.

So now Trumper argument is the President can pardon himself?!? Guess that is why NY State passed a bill allowing them to prosecute persons pardoned federally. Lol its checkmate NY. Recall that is where Mobster Donnie and his crime family live and have the majority of their businesses. ALL his fraud and crimes will be prosecuted by NY State no matter what happens federally.
