If paid out...does that mean that all the non-sensical social behaviors and criminal activities will cease immediately?
If so, that is money well spent...
The prison industrial complex will likely cry because of the vacancy rates and the employees they'll have to lay off...

Reparations isn’t enough, “every white man should hand over his keys to home and car to people of color”.
All because it’s only people of color that built up America as whites only sat back and watched and destroyed it, whites had nothing to do with building America
