flooded morono basement mysery solved!

We have all speculated on the exact cause of the infamous morono basement flood. I mean, we all know that tootguy didn't change the washing machine hose as any responsible homeowner should. But why was the flooding so destructive in nature? Why did the water not simply flow harmlessly down the floor drain?

We now know the reason, thanks to recently relesed security cam footage! Note the items driifting atop the surface of the water in the basement! Flower petals! Yes, before embarking on the family vacation to Roanoke, miz had assembled yet another PYBR in the basement, the consitutents of which PLUGGED THE DRAIN, causing the water to accumulated and resulting in such severe flooding.

Alright, gather around folks.

Richard was the one suing for the alleged home break-in and supposed basement flooding. During the six-day trial, he testified that all three of them were in Ohio around Christmas 2013. They hired a cat-sitter while they were gone that had access to the house.

When they returned home, the basement was flooded. Richard testified that it was determined a faulty valve leaked while they were gone. He further testified that their home insurance dropped them because he threw away the valve immediately after making their damage claim. Apparently, the home insurance company considered this destruction of evidence; Richard testified that they couldn't find insurance for 6 months after they were dropped.

The Morenos' "evidence" in the lawsuit was that under the eesh name, a post was made in December 2013 about cat burglars. Since they hired a cat sitter the same month that cat burglar post was made, David Trinnes argued that was undeniable proof that the flood was a result of malicious destruction of property. The six-day trial was seriously that retarded.

What gets obscured in the million-dollar verdict is that the Morenos lost all their trespassing claims; they also lost all their defamation per quod claims. That is an important fact because they placed the swatting incident(s) and other impersonation posts under the defamation per quod claims. The jury didn't believe Monique Wells' testimony.

Don't take my word for it; you can order a transcript of the six-day trial from Anita Glover & Associates. They want $12,000 for all six-days of transcripts with a $10,000 deposit up front. I suspect that is why the transcript was not entered into evidence when the bankruptcy proceeding took place later on.

Lesson learned: If you want to drag out a trial to ridiculous lengths in order to make it look like you have a strong case, make sure you have enough money left over to order the transcripts.

Oh yeah LOL. The detective that was involved in all this mess, he testified that Loudoun Sheriffs Office offered to dust for fingerprints in the home and basement when the Morenos started making accusations of a break-in. The Morenos REFUSED an investigation. Isn't that suspicious?

If tootguy testified that it was a faulty valve that caused the flood, isn't that kind of the end of the story, regardless of some post eesh made that had nothing whatsoever even to do with miz?

And didn't tootguy feel sort of ridiculous having to testify at all in a case involving some silly drama his retarded child had blundered into?
