That is where that pesky 'statute of limitations' comes in. It seems to be 5 years in this case. That doesn't mean that the Morenos won't be able to find a lawyer who is sleazy enough to take their case as long as the Morenos are still stupid enough to pay in advance...

I seriously doubt they have another $300k to waste. That had to be a devastating blow.

A sleazy lawyer can always argue "discovery" and limitations clock would start at time. Very simple to claim eesh's actions are causing on going problems and re-sue.
All the Meranos have to do is offer the lawyer half of the judgement. Moreno's wouldn't have to pay a dime.

Not only is there no expectation of collecting, there is very little probability of winning. Moreover, the Morenos could very well find themselves facing a countersuit.
The Morenos were only able to obtain the first judgment because eesh was trying to represent himself pro se. Eesh missed literally dozens of opportunities to turn the tables. That will not happen again. Eesh has already had offers of assistance from very qualified and reputable attorneys in the event the Moreno Crime Family wants to return to the courtroom.
Now that the Morenos' crimes have been exposed, they would not find much sympathy anywhere.
