Last year it was exposed Joe Biden made a $1.5 Billion dollar deal with China shortly after elected out of office.
How is a public servant who never has had a lucrative "job" outside of government a (multi-billion heir) ??
It's very un-Constitutional and illegal if he can't show these millions or leveraged billions aren't legitimate.

Even if we assume that you mean 'multi-billionaire', you're still to stupid to comprehend the story. The amount of the whole transaction was 1.5 billion dollars, that's not the amount that Mr. Biden allegedly received.
