Mueller Report Summary Shows Clear Collusion

The report shows that there was clear collusion, but it was much different than earlier leaked allegations.
The Clinton campaign and DNC paid Perkins Coie, Dem law firm. Perkins in turn hired GPS Fusion, a Dem opposition research group, who in turn hired former British spy Christopher Steele.
Steele, acting for the Perkins and GPS Fusion cut-outs, paid money to Russian individuals for any allegations they could make up about Trump.
So the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC colluded with two foreign entities, a retired former foreign spy and Russia.
Mueller says that the Clinton-DNC collusion is beyond his jurisdiction so he is recommending the appointment of a new special prosecutor to investigate the potentially treasonous collusion between Clinton and DNC with Steele and Russia.
