VP motorcade, 3:30PM Saturday, Pennsylvania Ave and 12th. St NW.

I am surprised no one here reported the Vice President's motorcade went from Dirksen SOB to OEOB around 3:30 PM today. The news media missed it, but FU shouldn't have. Not only were they escorting the Vice President, there was a small shuttlebus inside the motorcade.

A couple of things
A) It is Saturday, and no real legislation was going on in the Senate. Why was the VP, or his motorcade, on Capitol Hill?
B) The President is out of town.
C) They have the Mueller Report, is it a coincidence?
D) Why was there a small bus, presumably carrying over a dozen people, in the motorcade, if there is no scheduled public event for the VP today?
